Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of all artworks for delivery within Australia.

All works are carefully and professionally packaged to ensure safe transit and are shipped via trusted art couriers.

Please allow 5–10 business days for dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For customers in remote or regional areas, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to dispatch to confirm any additional cost.

Delivery

Where possible, deliveries are made during business hours and may require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a collection card or arrange redelivery.

Please ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Insurance & Damage

All artworks are shipped with insurance.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

Returns

Due to the nature of original artworks, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will work with you to resolve it.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered through the website.
